Your First Visit
At your first appointment, Dr. Rairigh and the rest of our team’s first priority will be to learn everything we can about your reasons for visiting, your unique oral health, and any personal concerns or goals you have regarding further treatment. We may recommend a simple consultation to get started at first, or a full checkup and cleaning so that we are able to thoroughly investigate your smile’s current state. No matter which approach we take, our goal is to have a confident treatment plan in place by the end of the visit.
Patient Forms
Patient forms are an essential part of a first appointment, as they help Dr. Rairigh and the rest of our team get to know you. In order to save valuable time at the office, patients can get a headstart on this process by downloading and printing the necessary paperwork at the link below. Once you’ve filled out all of the sections, all that’s left to do is turn them in to our front desk when you arrive.
