New Patient Information
If you have recently scheduled your first appointment at Advanced Dental Solutions of Pittsburgh, our team is looking forward to meeting you! We do ask that you review the following information beforehand so that you know what to expect upon arriving. Any questions or concerns? Don’t hesitate to give us a call so that we can discuss it with you and ensure that you arrive at the practice feeling completely confident about what’s ahead.
Your First Visit
At your first appointment, Dr. Rairigh and the rest of our team’s first priority will be to learn everything we can about your reasons for visiting, your unique oral health, and any personal concerns or goals you have regarding further treatment. We may recommend a simple consultation to get started at first, or a full checkup and cleaning so that we are able to thoroughly investigate your smile’s current state. No matter which approach we take, our goal is to have a confident treatment plan in place by the end of the visit.
Patient forms are an essential part of a first appointment, as they help Dr. Rairigh and the rest of our team get to know you. In order to save valuable time at the office, patients can get a headstart on this process by downloading and printing the necessary paperwork at the link below. Once you’ve filled out all of the sections, all that’s left to do is turn them in to our front desk when you arrive.
Covering the cost of your dental care shouldn’t have to be stressful or overcomplicated. We accept most insurances, including:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Delta Dental
- United Concordia
- UPMC Dental Advantage
Any necessary claims will also be filed on your behalf by our knowledgeable team members in order to simplify the reimbursement process.
If you don’t currently have dental insurance or are interested in undergoing extensive treatment that is not covered by your insurance, your cost can still be made more affordable with the help of a 0% to low-interest payment plan through Care Credit. These plans come in a variety of lengths (6 months, 12 months, up to 60 months) and can be used for virtually any major service, including cosmetic treatment.
